Develop a Marketing Communication Strategy to improve communication and attract prospective students.
We took time to learn Concord’s recruitment process, enrollment goals, and challenges.
During the time we worked with Concord University we developed a communication plan for both recruitment and yield cycles, created new marketing materials for both print and online audiences, conducted research into open rates, click-throughs, re-opens, page visits and frequency, and boosted their online presence.
Improved communication with prospective students and applicants; increases in applications received during key windows; successful email marketing campaign with open rates ranging from 15% – 34%.
Scope of work included: campaign development, creatives for email messages, direct mail (student search), contact pieces for prospective domestic, international and transfer students, viewbook, campaign management for student search and yield, including print/direct mail, paper application redesign, and training guide for campus visit ambassadors.
